By accessing and using the Eclipse Essence Coffee website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Products and Subscriptions
All products and subscriptions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Subscription pricing is subject to change with notice provided to active subscribers.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Shipping and Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team.
5. Limitation of Liability
Eclipse Essence Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
